HYPEBRIDGEE is a company engaged in the business of providing an online platform and related services for influencer marketing and brand collaborations, under the brand name “Hypebridgee”, having its registered office at [Insert Full Address] (hereinafter referred to as “Hypebridgee”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of services or subscriptions opted by users and the circumstances under which refunds (if any) may be granted. This Policy, together with the “Terms of Use”, the “Privacy Policy”, the “Pricing Policy” and any other policies published on the Platform, shall constitute a binding agreement between the User and the Company (“Agreement”).
Unless defined otherwise, all capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. In case of any conflict between this Policy and any other policy, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail in respect of cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation
1. By creating an account and availing our services, you agree to be bound by the applicable subscription plan or campaign terms chosen by you. Once a subscription or campaign plan is activated, it shall remain valid until its expiry, unless terminated in accordance with this Policy. 2. You may cancel your subscription or campaign participation by logging into your account on the Platform and initiating a cancellation request. Please note: Upon cancellation, the premium access or campaign privileges linked to your account shall be revoked. If you wish to re-activate services at a later date, you will be required to purchase a new subscription or campaign package as per the then-current Pricing Policy. In case of automatic renewal failure (e.g. payment declined due to card expiry), the subscription shall stand cancelled unless fresh payment is successfully processed. 3. All cancellation requests for auto-renewal plans must be raised at least 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to the renewal date through your account settings or by contacting us at shiv@hypebridgee.com. Requests raised later than this may not be processed in time and renewal charges may still apply.Refunds
1. The Company does not guarantee refunds upon cancellation of subscriptions or campaigns. 2. Refund requests may, however, be considered on a case-to-case basis and at the sole discretion of the Company, particularly in cases of accidental auto-renewal or genuine billing errors. 3. To be eligible for consideration, a refund request must be submitted in writing to shiv@hypebridgee.com within 7 (seven) days of the relevant transaction. The Company shall review such request and communicate acceptance or rejection within 3 (three) business days, without any obligation to provide specific reasons. 4. Where a refund is approved, it may take up to 10 (ten) business days to reflect in the original payment method used by the User. 5. For avoidance of doubt, no refunds will be issued for partial usage of services, mid-term cancellations, or failure to utilize benefits during the active subscription/campaign term.Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend or replace this Policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Policy.Contact Us
